These Terms & Conditions mi 10 Applies to the platform and all its services. By opening an account, playing games, placing bets, or conducting any transaction via the website (mi10.ws) or mobile app, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

Account Registration & Personal Information

Providing accurate and genuine information is mandatory when registering an account on mi 10. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

  • Correct date of birth (for age verification)
  • Current Address

Each person may register only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Warning: Never share your account password with anyone. mi 10 will never ask for your password over the phone or via message.

A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for account verification (KYC). This verification is mandatory before processing large withdrawals.

Age Restrictions & Eligibility

The minimum age to register an account and play on mi 10 is 18. Under no circumstances may anyone under this age open an account or participate in any games.

Strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. mi 10 is committed to protecting minors and makes no exceptions when it comes to age verification.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

Mi 10 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change from time to time.

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100
  • Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT)
  • Deposits are usually credited instantly

Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
  • Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 24 hours
  • Maximum withdrawal without KYC verification: ৳20,000

Fast Payouts: mi 10 aims to process all withdrawals within 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required in cases involving KYC verification or suspicious activity.

Bonuses, Rewards & Rollover Requirements

Mi 10 bonuses are exclusive benefits for members. Each bonus comes with specific conditions, and withdrawals cannot be made until those conditions are met.

Welcome Bonus Terms

  • For new members only — one time per account
  • Minimum qualifying deposit: ৳500
  • Rollover: 15x (bonus + deposit amount must be wagered 15 times)
  • Validity: 30 days from the date the bonus is activated

Rollover Details

Rollover refers to the total wagering amount required before a bonus can be withdrawn. For example — a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,500 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,500. At 15x rollover, you must wager ৳22,500 before withdrawing the bonus.

Withdrawing before completing the rollover requirement will result in your bonus balance being forfeited. Your original deposit remains withdrawable, but the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be void.

General Bonus Rules

  • Only one deposit bonus can be active at a time
  • Bonuses may only be used on your own account — they cannot be transferred to others
  • mi 10 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
  • Bonuses granted due to system errors or technical issues may be revoked

Gaming Policy & Fair Play

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, your stake will be refunded. However, if the game has already concluded and a result has been determined, that result stands as final.

Regarding Live Casino: In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a disconnection, the result of the last completed round will apply.

  • User's own request (self-exclusion)

Whether your balance is returned upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. If the account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited. If closed at your own request or for other reasons, your balance will be returned.
